I do not recommend buying this washing machine. I purchased this model in August 2025. By September, the washing machine broke down, as the drum started to violently hit the machine's body during spinning, and sometimes hit the glass door. Even if you load just 6 T-shirts, when it spins bed linen, it feels like the washing machine is going to fall apart, with such a banging noise that the neighbors complained. In September, the Samsung service center did a diagnosis and said everything was fine, until I ran the quick 15-minute mode and they saw everything themselves and finally agreed that this shouldn't be happening. They said they would write to the manufacturer and provide feedback when they get a response. Nobody got back to me, and in December, I called myself and found out that the manufacturer needed a video. In January, I sent the video, and now it's the end of February and still no one has gotten back to me... I saw videos on YouTube of other people having the same problems, so it's most likely a factory defect of the model. all the advantages were broken by the disadvantage It seems this model has a defect from the manufacturer that he should be aware of.
