I wouldn't buy one like that. But to a gift horse... Gifted, presence of HDR+ Feet instead of a rotating leg, 2 HDMI is not enough (I had to buy splitters). Lack of AV outputs (now you can’t watch film from a video camera). When the network is disconnected, connected gadgets via HDMI do not work correctly. You have to reset and set up the TV again. The image mode is not configured, I had to do everything manually. As always, Samsung has an ancient remote control from the 90s. The only wires are the power cord and that’s it! One of Samsung's entry-level 4K TVs is the successor to the 2019 model, the UE-50RU7100. And, interestingly, you can buy a newer TV even cheaper.
Tizen OS and other advantages
Samsung UE-50TU7100 is a “smart” TV, the additional features of which are revealed when connected to the Internet, and it doesn’t matter via LAN or “over the air” (Wi-Fi 5). A fairly small number of ports (the only USB and 2 HDMI) is designed to compensate for Bluetooth v 4.2. It is easy to connect a mouse, headphones or keyboard with it.
Tizen's proprietary shell is responsible for easy access to various multimedia entertainment. It is rich in services and applications, intuitive, fast. A traditional remote control without a microphone is proposed for control. Partly offset this shortcoming by virtue of AirPlay 2 technology, which provides flexible options for broadcasting and configuring the content transmitted from the "apple" technology.
