The Samsung DUO Plus is an ultra-compact and high-speed dual USB flash drive. Its dimensions are 58x18x7 mm, and its weight of 8 grams makes it one of the smallest 128 GB models that can be found on the market. However, the era of large-sized flash drives has long passed and you will not surprise anyone like that. Therefore, DUO Plus goes further than Samsung compares favorably with most competitors with a USB-C connector.

The Samsung DUO Plus flash memory module is sealed in a strong, shockproof metal case that can't be shaken in a bag or accidentally dropped from a table. In addition, it reliably protects the insides from adverse external influences (X-ray scanners, magnetic fields) and extreme temperatures. Plus, the case is protected from moisture ingress - according to the manufacturer, it can lie without problems for up to 3 days in salt water at a depth of a metre, without losing performance.
USB-A and USB-C connectors
But this is not just a tough nut, but also a convenient device. The DUO Plus case consists of three parts: in the centre is the flash drive itself, on the left is a USB-C plug with a protective cap, on the right is a second adapter cap with a USB-A connector, which, if necessary, “puts on” on the left side over the USB-C plug. In both cases, connections for the model claims an impressive read speed of 300 MB / s (note: synthetic tests confirm this). Against the background of its compactness, security, speed and versatility, the price tag of around $40 for 128 GB hardly seems overpriced.
I don’t care about the speed and all that, but why can’t you plug a USB-C flash drive into a phone with a case on it? And this is Samsung, which also makes phones.
