Electric planer with 230 V power supply, designed for use in a home carpentry workshop. The device has a power of 600 W and a blade rotation speed of 16,000 rpm, which allows you to work with various types of wood. The Ryobi EPN6082CHG plane can remove a 1.5 mm thick layer of material in one pass. The planing depth is adjusted by turning the rotary regulator, the scale of which is marked with a step of 0.2 mm.

The planing width is 82 mm. On the front part of the cast aluminum sole there is a V-shaped groove, which should be used to form neat chamfers on the edges and ends of the boards. On the back of the platform there is a folding shoe - a spring-loaded stop, which serves as a kind of "fuse" that does not allow you to accidentally damage the surface being processed. The kit includes a device that allows you to select a quarter to a depth of up to 8 mm, and a bag for collecting sawdust. The textile dust collector can be attached to the right or left chip discharge port. The weight of the planer is 3.1 kg.
