Drying is carried out by gentle blowing of whole fruits or cutting them with a stream of warm air, which is created using a low-speed low-noise fan and a separate 520 W electric heater. Due to the peculiarities of the process, along with dehydration, the vast majority of microorganisms are destroyed, which under normal conditions provoke food spoilage. The basis of the vertical design of the ROTOR Diva Lux fruit dryer is a cascade consisting of five square profile plastic trays. The relatively small diameter of the holes in the trays allows you to work with small berries. In addition to vegetables / fruits, this model allows you to cook fish or meat chips, quickly dry meat / fish cuts, dry croutons, herbs or homemade noodles. Despite the moderate overall size, the dryer has an impressive volume (17 L) and a decent capacity.
