Romsat TR-9020HD

A high-quality and affordable digital TV tuner for receiving on-air broadcasts of the DVB-T / T2 standard, which provides viewing of up to 32 east european television channels in the highest quality. Designed specifically for the east european DVB-T2 broadcast network, it has a sensitive amplifier optimized for receiving a weak signal. Designed to connect to modern digital LCD TVs that lack their own T2 tuner, or to outdated analogue models.

In the first case, the actual digital HDMI interface is used to output the signal, which provides for the transmission of images with a resolution of up to 1920x1080 and sound through one connector. In the second, the RCA Composite output is activated and the connection is made with a complete cable. As a hardware basis for the Romsat TR-9020HD TV tuner, a high-performance MSD7T01 processor is used.

In addition to decoding a TV signal compressed by MPEG-2/MPEG-4 algorithms, it provides the functions of a full-fledged multimedia player, the content for which can be supplied on external USB media via a standard USB Type-A port located on the front panel of the device. Most common media file standards can be played (AC3 and Dolby Digital multi-channel audio decoding is not supported). Recording of television broadcasts to a USB drive is provided.
