The multifunctional pressure cooker Rommelsbacher MD 1000 is a high-quality kitchen appliance for cooking with and without pressure. This is a model of the upper price range from a well-known German manufacturer of household appliances, which is not so widely represented on our market. The device, capable of replacing 9 separate kitchen appliances, has an ergonomic, concise design with a classic combination of black and white. The body and lid are made of pleasant matte plastic with good CoolTouch thermal insulation, which ensures a safe outer surface temperature to touch. A steam pressure valve and a steam release button are mounted in the lid handle, and on the front of the case there is a touch control panel with a display and a rotary programme selection switch. Cooking is carried out in a steel 6-liter bowl with a measuring scale and Teflon coating. The fully removable lid is bayonet-locked to the body, providing the airtight connection needed to set two levels of steam pressure while cooking.

German quality and interface

The convenience of process management is well thought out and visual. The choice of one and 14 preset programs is displayed on the panel by a light indicator with the corresponding symbol. The user also has access to the manual cooking setting mode, which allows you to set your own parameters. And separate sensors for starting the programme and activating the heat preservation function are placed with large buttons on the sides of the control panel. The process temperature setting range is from 40 °C to 170 °C. The appliance is equipped with a multi-level safety system that automatically turns off the pressure cooker in case of a dangerous increase in pressure. Using such a "helper" in the kitchen saves up to 50% of electricity and 70% of the time compared to traditional cooking.
