Practical stainless steel
The low-cost combined surface of the RICCI brand is made of stainless steel. The material well "tolerates" high temperatures and mechanical stress. Plus, such a panel is relatively easy to care for, although it is worth considering the abundance of “irregularities” and recesses in the design of the model, in which grease and other contaminants can accumulate.
The RICCI HBS-4538E rotary switches are located on the front right. The levers responsible for controlling gas burners are supplemented with auto-ignition, so it is not necessary to keep matches nearby. The electric hotplate switch allows you to set one of 3 heating power levels.
Reliable and versatile gas burners
The panel has 3 burners operating on gas: main or bottled. On the right front there is a small auxiliary burner with a power equivalent of 1 kW. It is useful, for example, for making Turkish coffee. It is followed by a 1.75 kW universal burner, where you can cook first courses and heat up large portions of food. On the left front, a three-ring turbo burner with a power of 3.3 kW “flaunts”. Here you can quickly boil water and cook dishes that require high-temperature processing.
The RICCI HBS-4538E uses burners from the Italian company Sabaf, whose components are considered a symbol of reliability and durability in the gas panel market.
For a stable position of the dishes, the kit includes 2 cast-iron grates: one for the turbo burner and one for a couple of others.
electrical assistance
In case of interruptions in gas, the model also provides an electric heating zone. But here we are talking about a traditional cast-iron "pancake" with a rather slow exit to operating temperatures and a small maximum power (1 kW).
Another disadvantage of the panel is the lack of a gas control system that has become the norm today. If this is not critical for you, then the RICCI HBS-4538E is a noteworthy inexpensive device with an excellent set of gas burners.
