Stylish appearance, powerful sound and compactness are the main advantages of the RCF HD 12-A speaker system. The Italian brand did their best and created a product for which it is not a pity to pay $750.

Stylish and comfortable design

With its moderate dimensions of 65x38x38 cm , the model produces a natural clear sound in areas up to 400 m².

First of all, this is facilitated by a trapezoidal body made of polypropylene composite material of increased strength. Design features allow you to dampen unwanted vibrations even if the volume is turned up to the maximum. Considering such qualities, the weight of the model of 18 kg does not bother at all. In addition, two side and one top rubberized handles are provided for carrying.

The system supports floor mounting at an angle or on rubber mounts, rack mounting or hanging. The front part of the body is protected by a steel grill, which completes the conciseness of the product.

Own developments for high-quality sound

The HD 12-A is equipped with a 12" woofer and an 1" tweeter. RCF uses exclusively in-house speakers, so they are perfectly matched to each other. The system provides playback in the range of 45 Hz — 20 kHz with a peak power of up to 1400 W and a maximum SPL of 130 dB, which makes it possible to sound an event for 250 – 300 people (a pair of speakers). The built-in DSP processor, supported by FiRPHASE technology, provides perfect protection against phase distortion, which guarantees consistent sound distribution between listeners with minimal sound delay.

Perhaps the price tag of the model is a bit high, but it is justified by high reliability. The RCF HD 12-A has been thought out to the smallest detail: it is compact, powerful, and its sound will be equally well heard in any corner of a spacious room.
