Immediately, there were several unpleasant impressions from the heater and the representative/manufacturer's website:
1. Lack of a drainage pipe, although such is mentioned in the website description.
2. The instruction manual lacks a mounting diagram with dimensions. Ideally, this should be a separate sheet to attach to the wall, mark, and be done. While there is a plumbing network connection diagram, it seems unnecessary since the plumbing layout was set up during renovations. The mounting points did not match those of the Thermex at all, although sellers claim this is a rebranding of Thermex, so you need a drill and have to make new hooks (included in the package).
3. The manufacturer's/representative's site is not optimized for viewing on mobile devices. The size chart for the heaters is not a PDF or JPEG file but just a table on the site. It cannot be scaled, downloaded, or printed. Part of the dimensions is unreadable, especially for wall mounting, hence the issue with the mounting.
