Fast heating of the water tank

The Sous Vide Princess 267003 heating stick combines a modern and simple vacuum-packed cooking method to prepare tasty and healthy meals at home. The graceful curve of the handle of the instrument rotates the end control panel so that it is located in front of the eyes for easy reading. The upper part of the case with handle and touch control panel is made of impact-resistant heat-resistant ABS plastic, and the lower part for immersion in water with limit marks is made of stainless steel. An LED power indicator is installed on the front side of the side surface of the handle, and a clothespin-clip is attached to the back of the head. The CEE 7/4 (Schuko) power cable for the turbine and heater electric motor is only 0.9 m long, so cooking utensils up to 16 liters prescribed by the manufacturer will need to be placed closer to the outlet. Thanks to the high power of the heater, which is 1200 W, the water warms up to the operating temperature very quickly, reducing the cooking time.

Dear Model

The model allows you to adjust the cooking temperature in the range from 25 °C to 95 °C. The automatic shutdown function will stop the process when the thermal protection is activated, the water level is low or after the set cooking cycle time has elapsed: the appliance will beep 6 times with the information message “End” on the display. Cooking times will vary depending on the type of food. For example, for fish and seafood, it is 20 – 60 minutes, for vegetables — 1 – 4 hours, for poultry 1 – 8 hours, and for different types of meat from 1 hour to 3 days. If you do not plan to serve the dish to the table immediately, then with the help of sous-vide it can be pasteurized for long-term storage. Pasteurization of the finished product is carried out at a temperature of 55 °C — 65 °C, after which it is put into the refrigerator for storage. The sous-vide device has an IPX7 water resistance rating, and a significant disadvantage of the model is its high price.
