The Pinguin brand mummy sleeping bag is a mid-budget solution for summer outdoor activities. This model is recommended for hiking or cycling trips, as it has a very lightweight design (about 600 grams). Additionally, with the included compression sack, effective compression is possible to save space in a hiking backpack—dimensions are 24x13x13 cm, which translates to a volume of just 4 liters. The Pinguin Lite Mummy CCS 195 sleeping bag is suitable even for tall tourists, with a length of 2.15 meters, designed for a height of 195 cm. It's important to note that the shoulder width is 82 cm, tapering to 55 cm at the feet. The cocoon's thermal insulation is provided by a single layer of BHB micro synthetic filling, and a hood is adjustable to reduce heat loss. Tourists should expect a carefre...e sleep in nature with air temperatures ranging from +10 to +14 degrees Celsius (those who feel cold should aim for the upper range of the spectrum). The outer layer of the model is made from nylon with a water-repellent DWR coating and RipStop tear protection. The lining is also synthetic but made from soft and tactilely pleasing polyester. Additionally, there's a function for joining (for sleeping bags with left and right zippers) and standard features such as drying loops and an internal pocket.

Well-suited for any summer conditions except the highlands of the Carpathians.
27 July 2023
Took it (Pinguin Lite Mummy CCS 185 2020) with me on a July hike in the Svydovets Mountains in the Carpathians. Slept in a merino "thermal" from the evening, and put on a "hundred" fleece by morning. This was in a conditional lowland. On the next night, in the polonyna near Dragobrat, I got so cold by morning that I pulled on a Decathlon down jacket over the merino and fleece, and only then was able to fall asleep again. Conclusion: this sleeping bag is great for warm summer nights, except for the high altitudes of the Carpathians.
Compactness (a volume slightly more than 2 liters) and low weight (by the way, the actual weight is slightly more than the manufacturer indicates, with the compression sack it is 687 g)
Absolutely nothing, zvajayuchi scho vorobnik honestly setting the temperature limit for comfort, and itself 10 degrees.
