Accommodation without crowding and inconvenience
Produced by the Czech brand Pinguin, the tent is offered both in a two-seater version — Bora 2, and a three-seater. The latest modification provides a roomy space for relaxation: 220x205 cm, which is quite enough for three people, and if necessary, it will make it possible to accommodate even four.
Inside the Pinguin Bora 3 there are side pockets, a pull shelf and a loop for hanging a flashlight. The model has a moderate weight (3.6 kg), and when folded it does not require much space (48x19 cm), especially considering the presence of a fairly large inner tent.
Resistant bottom and awning
The outer awning of the model is made of polyester with a water resistance of 4000 mm. It is not afraid of ultraviolet radiation, fabric tears (reinforced corners) and leaks (the seams are stitched with polyurethane tape). The nylon bottom is characterized by even higher moisture-proof properties (10,000 mm of water column), which makes Pinguin Bora 3 ready for prolonged precipitation and almost any bad weather, spring and autumn.
Ergonomics and operating comfort
The frame of the tent is formed by fibreglass arcs intersecting with each other. They are very light and well prepared for wind loads. The model received one entrance with a mosquito net and a trapezoidal vestibule 75 cm deep. The entrance area on the awning provides several options for opening: partial (left or right) and full (centre). For ventilation, the tent is equipped with a pair of ventilation windows, closed from precipitation by a wind valve.
Pinguin Bora 3 is a balanced 3-seat model in the middle price segment. It is well prepared to rest in rainy conditions or near water bodies. The tent attracts with a solid capacity with a reasonable weight and dimensions when unfolded (280x220x120 cm).
