Model overview based on user reviews
The Panasonic NN-GT261WZPE microwave is a compact and visually appealing appliance with a 20L capacity, featuring a grill, defrosting, and autocooking functions. While many users appreciate its design and functionality, there are significant concerns about its durability and ease of use. Several reviews mention issues with the internal coating peeling off, leading to rust, and sparks appearing after a few months of use. The controls are often described as complicated, lacking intuitive features like a quick start button, which requires multiple steps to operate. Some users experienced the microwave turning on spontaneously or having issues with the door. Despite these drawbacks, others find it a good value for its price, appreciating its compact size and effective grilling capability. However, the overall reliability and quality of materials have been questioned, with some users reporting breakdowns shortly after the warranty period. The microwave's noise level and the lack of a quick start feature are also common points of criticism.

The service center naturally claims that it is not a warranty case. They say it was used incorrectly, and as for the coating peeling off, they claim you scratched it off yourself (Nonsense). In a private conversation with a service employee, I learned that Panasonic makes them try to turn any situation into a non-warranty case. This is unfair of Panasonic! Visually beautiful. Compact in size. - The controls are complicated. - After 5 months, the coating inside started peeling off (on its own, very low-quality internal coating). Where it peeled, rust appeared. - After 8 months of use, sparks started flying from the back and inside. And we used the microwave 2-3 times a week. Very low-quality Panasonic model. I did not expect such a situation. use Panasonic NN-GT261WZPE month or more i recommend it don't buy |
Very beautiful design, convenient button layout. Looks great, I have the silver model, and the color is stunning. It has pre-installed programs, all simple and clear. The price is quite affordable with such a set of functions, not only does it reheat, but it also defrosts, quite well and, importantly, quickly, and there is also a grill. There is a child lock, not very well-thought-out, but you can activate it if you wish, I usually turn it on, although the child doesn't really meddle. The display is large and informative. The capacity is large, most often we put one regular-sized plate, but a couple of times I experimented by putting a glass casserole dish inside and tried to stew vegetables. Well, the taste was average, but everything fits easily, even large and tall dishes, so there are no problems with that. The controls, although I've already gotten used to them, are a bit complicated. You need to read the manual because the designers didn't make it as simple and clear as possible. If there's no manual and you try to figure it out yourself, you'll probably make mistakes several times before you get it right. It heats unevenly; sometimes the edges of the food on the plate are too hot while the center remains cold. use Panasonic NN-GT261WZPE month or more i recommend it should buy |
An excellent microwave, very balanced in terms of price and quality. It looks beautiful, the placement of the buttons is correct, the design is winning, it immediately attracted attention in the store. In addition to the usual microwave functions, there is a grill. Of course, this is more of a pseudo-grill than a full-fledged one, but nevertheless, a couple of times, when I didn’t have much time to cook, I put meat under it, chicken breast usually and under sauce it’s very good, you can’t tell that it came from the microwave, but it cooks very quickly , it creates a good crust; in general, if you want to make something for dinner with a minimum of effort and time, then the microwave will help out. The power is normal, everything heats up quickly. After two months of work, my door flew off, the technician from the service center said that very often such models break down, so the build quality is most likely not very good. But it hasn’t broken down anymore, it works fine. The controls are a little confusing, I’m already used to it and can manage it quickly, but I have to explain everything to the guests, it’s just not immediately clear intuitively. use Panasonic NN-GT261WZPE month or more i recommend it should buy |
