Panasonic Eneloop 2000mAh turned out to be a really great pair of rechargeable batteries. I've been using them for a while now and can say they are really durable: they hold the charge confidently, don’t sag after a few cycles, and perform steadily even in devices that "drain" batteries faster than a vacuum cleaner.
