We reviewed many different models of inhalers and chose this one because, firstly, it is suitable "for all occasions," meaning it treats both a runny nose and a mild cough, and it can also relieve bronchospasm (for asthmatics and allergy sufferers). I usually suffer from a severe runny nose, and in my child, a runny nose quickly turns into a lingering cough, plus he is allergic. In this model, you can do inhalations even with a simple runny nose by moving the lid on the nebulizer chamber to setting "1" (for a runny nose), and then for my child, I switch it to setting "3" (for a cough), and if the throat is just hoarse, there's setting "2" (for tracheitis). I also liked that there are no time restrictions on the operation of the inhaler, so no need to worry about the compressor overheating. All parts can simply be boiled instead of bothering with disinfectant solutions. Another plus for me when choosing was that the device is made in Italy, i.e., in Europe, which is quite rare nowadays. Particle Size Adjustment
The main feature of the Omron NE-C300E(also known as Omron A3 Complete) is the ability to adjust the particle size. A specially designed ring on the top of the nebulizer chamber allows you to choose one of three aerosol spray modes. In the first position, the physical particle size will be 7.5 microns, and the active substance will be directed to the treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract (rhinitis, laryngitis, etc.). The second mode (particles from 4.5 to 7.5 microns) will affect the middle sections of the respiratory tract and will become relevant for the treatment of pharyngitis or tracheitis. In the third position, the particle size will be the smallest (from 2 to 4.5 microns), which contributes to their penetration into the lower chest (to combat asthma or bronchitis).
Volumetric tank
The built-in reservoir for medicines has a volume of 12 mL, which in most cases allows you not to refill the container during inhalation. The volume of the active substance in the dispenser is conveniently tracked on a marked scale. The nebulizer chamber itself has the ability to mount an inhaler on the body.
High quality
The delivery set includes a 1 m air tube, an adult and a children's mask, a mouthpiece, a nosepiece and three spare filters.
