Pure L-Carnitine

Olimp L-Carnitine Xplode 300 g belongs to the category of lipotropics, where the main and only fat-burning component is L-carnitine. This amino acid in its pure form is practically devoid of contraindications, but it is able to increase the rate of breakdown of fats and their conversion into energy during various physical activities, ranging from just a long walk to heavy strength or interval training.

A standard 3-gram serving contains 1,500 mg of L-carnitine. The number of doses per day can be limited to one, although athletes or people with a large mass should increase the dosage to two or three. In this case, packing of 300 grams is enough for a period of 1 to 3 months.

Vitamin B6 and magnesium

There are less “aggressive” fat burning supplements in Olimp L-Carnitine Xplode, but there is still vitamin B6 (50% of the daily value in one serving) and magnesium (15%). The first contributes to the normalization of hormonal activity and the proper absorption of amino acids: both carnitine and others obtained with protein foods or, for example, with protein. Magnesium is designed to reduce muscle fatigue and maintain an optimal balance of electrolytes.

Given the rather large packaging, the cost of the product does not look overpriced. Olimp L-Carnitine Xplode is an excellent choice for those who have a long struggle with excess weight or need to lose a little, but for a long time. And the latter approach, by the way, is more justified from the point of view of saving the results obtained.
