Everything is fine, except for a fatal flaw. The boiler has an electronic switch and does not turn on automatically after a power failure. Those. If your electricity blinked at night, then in the morning you have a cold boiler. A short-term blackout is a typical situation in Ukraine, so it is impossible to use the boiler normally. just bought NOVAtec NT-DG 50 i recommend it don't buy |
A modern and high-quality storage water heater with a contemporary digital control system and voice (!) notifications. To give you an idea of what this device is, I'll tell you that it comes with a remote control. In fact, it's because of this feature that I bought it. You see, I installed it right up to the ceiling, as there was simply no other place, and my wife is quite short - only 156 cm. Reaching the control panel, which is located at the lower part of the unit yet still ended up high, she can only do so from a stool. This issue is completely resolved by this device. The 50-liter capacity is more than enough for the two of us; we can take a shower in a regular mode without any special conservation. It can heat water up to 75 degrees, but that's a bit extreme. The manufacturer recommends using 60 degrees, and that suits us perfectly. The electronic control can replicate commands from the remote with voice, offering a choice of two languages – Ukrainian and Russian. It heats from a cold state at room temperature to 60 degrees in about 100 minutes. I almost forgot to mention the "dry" heating elements; there are two, each 800 watts. The water heater has very few drawbacks, and the main one arises due to the electronic control. If there’s a power outage and then the power is restored, the electronics turn off, and you need to turn it back on manually. We experience brief power outages in our house at least once every two to three weeks. Additionally, any similar equipment doesn't do well with voltage fluctuations. So if this happens often in your network, either consider getting a stabilizer or buy a water heater with a standard mechanical thermostat, which operates under any condition and will heat the water efficiently even if the voltage goes up to 300 volts. |
So I’ll write, because... Just today my 50 liter NovoTec boiler with remote control leaked :) It worked for almost 6 years. I didn’t clean it for the first 4.5 years, then I got in and cleaned it, and it was just terrible! After cleaning it worked for a little more than a year and began to leak. Electronic control and the ability to set any temperature from 35 to 75 degrees. 1) Small (50l) for a family of 4 people. 2) The housing is simply made so bluntly that it is impossible to get to the electronics without breaking the plastic. 3) There are several relays on the electronics, but in the 3rd year these relays became unsoldered from the board (apparently they got hot) and I had to get to the electronics and solder the contacts. 4) Didn’t work even 7 years :( |
