How to wash a coffee maker effectively: a practical care guideA detailed analysis of all cleaning procedures for modern coffee makers

What kind of coffee machine do you need and how to choose it?Understand the types of modern coffee machines and help with their selection
I had a drip coffee maker, but since I prefer espresso over Americano, I decided to buy a cool fully automatic model after earning some money. And I did buy it, and it turned out to be so great that I didn't even expect it. The first thing that literally amazed me was its speed. From pressing the button to having a cup of espresso takes less than a minute and a half. Simply fantastic. I remember how much time used to be spent grinding in the coffee grinder, loading already ground coffee, and other motions. But now everything is fully automated. Load about a quarter kilogram of beans, pour in two liters of water, and enjoy. I expected grinding to be quite a noisy process, but nothing like that. The built-in grinder doesn’t use high-speed blades like an electric one, but special ceramic burrs. Therefore, the noise level is simply minimal. I was also impressed by the customization options for the recipes. You can change not just a lot; almost everything can be adjusted. You can alter the degree of bean grinding, the drink's strength, set the desired temperature, and even the amount of foam! That's what modern technology means. The portion size can also be changed according to your wish, in very broad ranges: from the classic "couple of sips" for an espresso (20 ml) to a large quarter-liter cup. And all these settings can be saved as profiles and used, calling them from the machine’s memory. It should be noted that despite all its advantages, the toy is quite expensive. The controls are not the simplest, and it took me a while to figure them out, even with complete localization. |
Our choice is the Nivona NICR 767 coffee machine. I really love rich, aromatic coffee, especially when it's made at home. The machine is high-quality and meets all my family's needs. High-quality coffee Easy to clean Stylish design Silent There are probably none. |
