Model overview based on user reviews
The mima Xari 2 in 1 pushchair is praised for its stylish and noble design, with the ability to customize colors, making it a standout choice for parents who value aesthetics. It is compact and fits easily into elevators, and its lightweight design allows for easy handling. The pushchair features a comfortable walking block with necessary components like footrests and straps. However, it comes with some drawbacks, including its high price, lack of insulation in the bassinet, and small foam rubber wheels that struggle on uneven surfaces. The absence of ventilation in the hood can make it stuffy for the child, and additional accessories like cup holders and bags need to be purchased separately. Despite its maneuverability, the pushchair is challenging to use on snow and sand, and the synthetic upholstery can be uncomfortable for the child. Overall, while the mima Xari is appreciated for its design and compactness, potential buyers should consider its limitations, especially if planning to use it in varied terrains or climates.
Pros
Cons
We bought a new stroller with all the accessories for a huge amount of money, thinking it would last until our second child, but it annoys me so much that as soon as the little one starts walking - I'll throw it off a bridge and tell everyone it was stolen. I can't understand why everyone likes it... maybe only for the design. If you're going to buy a Mima Xari, get a second-hand one. You can find one in excellent condition for half the price and sell it for the same amount afterwards. I did the same with the Mima car seat, which also, by the way, didn't impress me. Design, the ability to choose all the details by color, maneuverable The price, the stroller does not have a mesh for ventilation (the hood is always closed, it heats up and the child is stuffy!), short hood, no cup holder, bags (everything is bought separately), small trunks, which eventually open on their own with a headwind, weight (especially summer block), it is hard to pass through the snow and sand ... the upholstery on the mattresses is synthetic and very soaring. The child is very nervous in this stroller. use mima Xari 2 in 1 month or more i recommend it don't buy |
My husband and I looked after the pushchair even before the birth. But it was difficult to choose something specific. Our child is the first and neither he nor I dealt with modern pushchairs. Helped out a friend who gave birth 4 months before me. She then advised me to pay attention to this very unusual, but ultimately comfortable pushchair. Her design is noble, I saw something similar on the street before, but I didn’t think that I would ever have the same stylish pushchair. The cradle in it is small and at first glance not very convincing, but we skated in it for half a year and I must tell you that this impression is deceptive. Everything is OK with her and the child was comfortable and cleaned perfectly. Fits in an elevator with no problems. But even without a lift, thanks to its low weight, it can be lifted by hand. True, I never really dragged her up the stairs, but my husband says that he weighs moderately. The walking block looks futuristic, you can’t say otherwise. But it is also quite comfortable for the baby. Footrest, straps, bumper, straps - everything is in place and everything is in place. Expensive, but it's made in Spain, which explains the price. The bassinet is not insulated, so a good warm footmuff is definitely needed in cold weather. The wheels are small and made of foam rubber. At first glance, this doesn't seem like a problem, but try covering a hundred meters on a "potholed" sidewalk with these wheels. The front wheels, in particular, struggle with certain potholes that are impossible to push out of, requiring lifting instead. And the shock absorption on these airless wheels is also weak. So you need to be very careful in selecting paths for walks if your child plans to sleep. Luckily, all the sidewalks near our new house are freshly paved. |
