An elegant, performant and reliable German automatic coffee machine for the rapid preparation of espresso, as well as coffee and coffee-milk drinks based on it. Belongs to the Caffeo family of automatic coffee machines of the 2019 model year. It features a stylish exterior design with stainless steel colour panels, an automatic cappuccinatore with its own milk storage container, moderate dimensions (case width 25 cm) and an intuitive electronic control system with a monochrome LED display.

Pre-soaking and extraction processes using proprietary AES technology guarantee excellent flavor and aroma development. The Melitta Caffeo Varianza CSP F58 / 0-100 coffee machine is equipped with a built-in coffee grinder with durable high-alloy stainless steel burrs. For the preparation of coffee and milk drinks (cappuccino, latte, latte macchiato), a manual connection of the milk container is required.

In addition to espresso, ristretto, lungo, americano and milk mixtures, the coffee maker can dispense hot milk and hot water for brewing tea. The control system makes it possible to control the degree of grinding, strength, volume and temperature of the drink. The coffee grinder works to the last grain, which prevents mixing varieties. Filling the machine (125 g of beans and 1200 mL of water) is enough to prepare 14-20 servings of espresso.
