The Makita HR3200C rotary hammer is equipped with an inrush current limiter (provides a smooth start), constant electronics (maintains speed at a given level, despite a change in load) and a safety clutch (protects against kickback when equipment is jammed), but it lacks the reverse function that many builders need and installers.
