Model DHP486Z comes without battery, charger and case, while model DHP486RTJ comes with two batteries (5 Ah), charger and case.
A brushless drill-driver designed for drilling (including impact) and working with fasteners. Thanks to a torque of 130 Nm (65 Nm in “soft” mode), in screwdriver mode, the Makita DHP486RTJ can screw large screws up to 10x90 mm in size into wood or work with screws up to M6. In drill mode, you can make holes in wood with a diameter of up to 76 mm (up to 152 mm when using crowns) and up to 13 mm in metal.
When the impact mechanism is turned on, you can drill into concrete and brickwork (up to ⌀16 mm). At the first speed (working with fasteners), the chuck makes up to 550 rpm, and at the second (drilling) - up to 2100 rpm. By changing the force of pressing the start button, you can control the speed of rotation of the nozzle. The quick-release chuck jaws can clamp drills from 1.5 – 13 mm. The case has a built-in LED for illumination. The tool is supplied as a kit, including a drill-driver, two high-capacity batteries (5 Ah each), a charger, an additional handle, a drilling depth limiter and a proprietary case for storing and carrying all of the above.
