Features and functions of LG Optimus One:

  • LG Optimus One runs on Android version 2.2 (Froyo) and LG's shell software.
  • The design is standard: animated wallpapers, seven desktop screens. From the desktop settings, you can only choose their number — 5 or 7.
  • The top panel of system messages (called from any section of the menu by moving your finger down from the top edge of the screen). Five icons allow you to quickly adjust the main parameters that affect power consumption — Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, mobile Internet and sound.
  • In all sections of the menu there is a bottom panel with four icons for quick launch applications.
  • The contacts menu consists of 4 tabs with dialing, call list, address book and favorite contacts. Contact lists can be managed by choosing which of the available accounts (including Twitter and Facebook) can be displayed in the address book.
  • The list of pre-installed applications is quite large : some applications are from Google (Gmail, Google Talk, Market, Maps, Locator), some are programs created by LG (Balda, MusicClub and AppClub) or partners (Mail.Ru Agent, Vkontakte, Yandex.Maps) . Applications installed by the user are at the bottom of the list in a separate block.
  • The ThinkFree Office package is installed, which can not only read, but also create and edit office documents (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
