Line ThinkPad T14s Gen 2 AMD

Lenovo's ultrabooks represent the brand's ThinkPad series, which combines portable PCs for work, school and/or business. The models in the line can be classified as mid-budget, although among the abundance of modifications there are also quite inexpensive laptops for budget-conscious buyers. The characteristic features of the family include a durable case of the military standard MIL-STD-810, the presence of a proprietary control - a trackpoint, which complements the usual touchpad and is a good replacement for a mouse, and the presence of not only backlighting, but also a moisture-proof keyboard.

It is worth considering that among the Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 2 AMD laptops there are both models made entirely of aluminium and those with the addition of carbon fiber. In the latter case, the device is lighter (1.28 versus 1.57 kg) and slightly thinner (16 versus 17 mm). The laptops are equipped with a 14-inch FullHD display with an IPS matrix, and in the top versions you can count on higher peak brightness (up to 500 nits), good color gamut (covering 72% of the NTSC space) and support for touch control.

The hardware of ultrabooks is based on the AMD platform - the Cezanne family (with Zen 3 microarchitecture), which implies the presence of processors from Ryzen 3 to Ryzen 7 and an integrated Radeon Vega graphics adapter. There is also at least 8 GB of DDR4 generation RAM and a solid-state drive (up to 1 TB). Separately, it is worth highlighting the increased attention to privacy and data protection, because the webcam here is complemented by a shutter, plus there is a fingerprint scanner, and in some configurations, FaceID. Note that the laptops received the Intel Evo nameplate, which is a guarantor of additional consumer benefits, including long battery life (maximum - 19+ hours), fast charging (80% of the battery capacity is replenished in 60 minutes), and quick awakening from sleep.
