The screen is based on a high-quality IPS-matrix with a resolution of 1920x1080, good colour reproduction, acceptable static contrast ratio and excellent comfortable viewing angles (up to 178°). As a hardware platform, the manufacturer used a performant solution from the American company Intel, namely full-fledged desktop versions of 2 and 4-core Intel Core i3, i5 and i7 processors.

The amount of RAM can be up to 8 GB, the storage subsystem is based on HDD-drives with a capacity of 1000 GB. In top-end configurations, the disk subsystem can be enhanced with Intel Optane caching SSD modules. Monoblock Lenovo IdeaCentre AIO 720 24 is equipped with a discrete gaming graphics card Nvidia GTX 960A, which is able to provide an acceptable frame rate in colorful modern games. The system's multimedia capabilities are defined by a Dolby Home Theater-enabled stereo system, webcam, and built-in microphone.
