Model overview based on user reviews
The Kaiser KCG 4380 Turbo is a gas hob with a sleek black design, featuring three burners, including a WOK burner, and is made from tempered glass. Users appreciate that the glass is easy to clean and does not react to splashes. However, there are significant concerns regarding the durability and functionality of the product. A major issue reported is that the knobs stop turning when multiple burners are used simultaneously due to heat, requiring them to cool down before adjustments can be made. This can be particularly problematic when precise control is needed. Additionally, the glass shattered after two years of use, with replacement costs being quite high. While the product is simple and functional for basic use, these drawbacks have led to dissatisfaction, and the reviewer would not recommend purchasing from this brand again.
Pros

Cons

I wouldn't buy from this brand!
18 January 2016
Bought for the summer house in December 2013, color white, we use propane. Model without frills, simple.
The glass does not react to splashes. It's easy to clean. By the way, the explosion was so strong that we jumped on the second floor, yet the glass only shattered into small pieces, like triplex, but did not fall apart. You can still cook while waiting for the new glass.
When using multiple burners at the same time, the knobs stop turning from the heat. You have to cool them down before you can turn off the burner. This is a huge drawback. Imagine trying to prepare canned goods if you can’t turn off the burner or adjust the gas at the right moment. It's quite a hassle. If you don't use them simultaneously, everything is great - WAS great until the glass shattered to pieces in December 2015; the cost for replacement with service installation is 52% of the current cost of a new one. Two years is a "good" lifespan for the glass, and for the stove overall!
