Inter Atletika ST-301 is a reliable assistant for the classic bench press in terms of stability and reliability of the design, the ability to work out the correct technique and increase the strength and size of the pectoral muscles at home. Without racks, but with a lot of possibilities
The bench is not equipped with racks for the barbell. On the one hand, this is a minus, since working with a neck without additional devices will not work.
