Model overview based on user reviews
The Hyundai HY 400 charger is a compact, impulse (inverter) device designed for reviving and charging various battery types, including WET/EFB, AGM, and GEL, with a maximum capacity of 120 Ah. It features automatic current adjustment with four stages, a voltmeter, charging indicator, pulse repair (desulfation), overcharge protection, and a 12 V supply mode. However, users have reported that it struggles to charge batteries beyond 50% capacity, requiring an old-school charger to achieve full charge and proper density. One user noted that it took about 8 hours to charge a 12V battery to 50% on 1A, and even when switched to 4A, it indicated full after 1 hour but still lacked full density. Another user expressed dissatisfaction, stating that the charger was ineffective after two uses, failing to charge multiple batteries properly. Despite its small size and features, the Hyundai HY 400 may not meet expectations for those needing a reliable full-charge solution.

normal model, nothing special

The Hyundai HY-400 charger is useful primarily for reviving a battery, charging up to 50% capacity, after which you need to use an old-school charger to fully charge it.
Owned this device for almost 14 days, frequently cycling a 6V 18Ah one-year-old battery; however, it couldn’t charge beyond 50% nor increase density above 1.20.
A year-old INJI-ACCU 60Ah 12-volt battery with roughly 35-40% charge took about 8 hours to charge on 1A; when switched to 4A, after 1 hour, it indicated full, but density still showed 1.20-1.21, meaning only 50% charged. It required old-fashioned charging to restore density to 1.25-1.27.
The Hyundai Elantra XD’s idle drain is 0.03-0.04A, which is good.
No more than a beautiful toy.
more than 50% of the battery capacity does not charge(((

The charger is just rare [Bullshit]. There was enough for two charges, and then the other charge was no longer needed. I immediately thought that the problem was with the battery, but after connecting another 4 batteries, the problem was F1. Even in a new battery... I repeat. [censored].
Small size.
One great one. Creation of this charging station
use Hyundai HY 400 more than year
