The HP OMEN 15-ce000 is HP's purebred gaming laptop with a typical gaming flair. Its body with sharp aggressive lines is made of aluminium and fairly durable plastic. The 15.6-inch IPS display of the HP Omen 15 has a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. It has a high level of contrast, a good margin of brightness (280 cd / m2) and a backlight uniformity of 92%. In general, the display leaves a pleasant impression, and the main complaint about it is the bias towards blue tints, which makes the picture seem too cold. The amount of DDR4 RAM is 16 GB, this is a solid supply, which should be enough for at least five years. The disk array consists of HDD and SSD drives with a total capacity of 1128 GB. Here, the Nvidia GTX 1060 with 6 GB of video memory is responsible for video processing. Such a combination of iron will provide comfortable FPS in any modern toy at high graphics settings.
Omen Command Centre
One of the laptop's standout features is the Omen Command Centre suite of software, which looks strong even by gaming laptop standards. With it, you can customize the keyboard backlight for yourself (stable colour, flashing, different colours for different keys, etc.), hang certain keyboard shortcuts on macros (17 types are supported) to make life easier in conditional Dota 2, or in general turn off the keyboard backlight.
