I've been using this model (Hoco B39) for almost a year now. It's an excellent power bank, holds a charge really well. I'm not sure if it actually has the advertised 30000, but it can definitely charge an Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 with a 5000 mAh battery 5 times; I haven't tested a 6th time, as I put it on charge. Charging takes a long time, about 8 hours. I recommend this model to everyone... I came to order another one for my parents and was surprised to see no reviews, so I decided to write one.
