The affordable Hansa BOEIS69407 built-in oven with SoftSteam function is an excellent choice for the home cook who is accustomed to not relying on automatic cooking programs that are not available in this model. In all other respects, this oven, belonging to the Titanium series, fully meets the expectations of consumers about what a modern European-class kitchen assistant should be. The device has a stylish design, and the front and doors sport a stainless steel finish with a protective AntiFinger PRO coating, which do not leave marks from touch. The CoolDoor3 door with 3 glasses and a reflective thermal layer eliminates traumatic contact and closes smoothly thanks to the SoftClose auto-closer. On the inside of the door there are clear cooking tips for different dishes, allowing you not to turn to the recipe book once again. The surface of the inner chamber with a capacity of 65 L is covered with an easy-to-clean enamel, which is easy to clean up after cooking with steam (Aqualytic system). And the chrome-plated guides of the baking sheets can be safely sent to the dishwasher. One of the guides is equipped with a telescopic mechanism, which makes it possible to easily extend the baking sheet by 75%.

Here you can adjust the thermostat temperature within the range of 50 – 250 °C, set the cooking time and select one of the 11 operating modes of the device. The digital timer allows you to set the duration of heating before automatic shutdown and delay the start of the process, which will start without your participation at a specified time. Among the useful options, we note accelerated defrosting, fast heating up to 150 °C in 4 minutes, several grilling modes, steam cooking and volumetric hot air blowing with a thermal fan (3D convection heating). The oven is equipped with a roasting rack and 2 Pro Cook trays (deep and flat) with a honeycomb surface and a non-stick protective layer.
