The almost mirror surface, together with stainless steel color inserts, looks very nice. Cooking in it is much more pleasant and much easier than in the old oven built into the gas stove. The first thing I noticed, even before the end of the first test baking, is that it heats up the kitchen much less, and in summer this is very important. But the main difference, of course, is how it bakes. Dough of any thickness and with any amount of filling, shortcrust pastry, vegetables, meat, poultry, fish - all this is baked with high quality and does not burn. The secret is in the even distribution of heat and convection provided by the fan. We were pleased with convenient telescopic guide rails, with which it is easy to put and remove a baking sheet. And it is also very safe, the built-in electronic timer ensures a shutdown, and I am calm for my little son thanks to the child lock and double-glazed windows on the oven door, which due to this does not heat up to dangerous temperatures. So powerful that my husband had to redo the electrical wiring section. Her old wires + electric kettle + refrigerator + microwave oven simply could not stand it. The first test run, which we did without food, was accompanied by an unpleasant smell of hot plastic. But already on 2-3 launches, this smell disappeared and did not appear again. |
