Stylish and massive 17-inch premium laptops from Gigabyte with full stuffing mode activated. They are part of the 2023 Gigabyte AERO line, based on the Intel Alder Lake hardware platform with hybrid P and E-cores, which are activated depending on the type of load. The hardware configuration of this line includes Core i7 / i9 processors and NVIDIA GeForce 3060/3070/3080 graphics cards (Max-Q version).

The amount of DDR5-4800 RAM is from 16 to 32 GB, and the amount of internal storage can reach 2048 GB. The high-speed PCI-E 4.0 bus is used for data exchange. Despite the gaming roots, the manufacturer emphasizes that AERO 17 KE5 is primarily addressed to digital content creators - bloggers, photographers, game developers, musicians, animators and VFX specialists. A neat snow-white case with unusually thin side frames (only 3 mm thick) looks strict, pragmatic and even simple in some ways, at the same time it has a zest that sets it apart from most competitors.

And thanks to the low-set hinges and the thinnest 3mm bezels, it feels like the display occupies 100% of the front panel. The 17-inch screen itself is based on a miniLED class matrix. It outputs 3840x2160 pixels at 120Hz refresh rate, supports HDR10 and displays 100% DCI P3 spectrum. The body of the device has only two Thunderbolt 4 ports and one USB 3.2 Gen2, all three type “C” connectors.

If there are not enough ports, you can connect the included docking station to one of them with additional HDMI and mini-DisplayPort video ports, a LAN connector for direct network connection and additional Class A-type USB ports. The Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 module, which supports 802.11b/g/n/ac/ax and Bluetooth 5.3, is responsible for the wireless connection. For quick and secure unlocking of the OS, the built-in Face ID IR camera is useful. Built-in speakers support DTS X Ultra surround sound. The full-size keyboard features a subtle white backlight for typing in low-light conditions.
