Forte CD-10M

An inexpensive transformer-type charger for recharging batteries with a voltage of 6 V and 12 V. The model is designed to work with batteries with a capacity of 20 to 120 Ah. Power is supplied to the charger from standard household electrical networks with a voltage of 230 V. The device itself provides a charging current in the range from 2.5 to 10 A. The current value of the output current is shown by an analog ammeter.

Forte CD-10M is equipped with a mechanical current adjustment knob and a two-position voltage switch (6 V / 12 V). Also on the front panel are all kinds of indicators of the charger. The model implements protection systems against reverse polarity, short circuit and overcharging. The body of the device has an IP23 protection class. Trouble-free operation of the charger is possible in the ambient temperature range from -10 °C to +40 °C. For the convenience of carrying the charger by hand, its design provides a convenient handle on the top platform of the case.
