Price I had an experience with Esperanza AA batteries, not very successful, let's see what happens with AAA (although the use scenario is completely different here). |
Esperanza batteries are a straightforward option from the "set and forget" category. Just budget batteries that do their job. In my case, they are used in smart scales — and they are perfect for such a scenario. The energy consumption is minimal there, so they hold a charge for a long time, don't act up, and don't suffer from voltage drops. Their power is, of course, not record-breaking, and I wouldn't use them for more demanding devices, but for remotes, clocks, scales, and similar gadgets, they are more than enough. For their price, Esperanza behaves honestly: they work consistently, charge properly, and don't disappoint user expectations. An inexpensive but adequate option for household items. Price I've dealt with AA batteries from this manufacturer, they weren't very good, let's see how these perform. |

The capacity isn't record-breaking, but for this type of battery, it's enough, especially if you're not using them in something high-drain. The biggest plus for me is the price. For the money, it's a completely reasonable option for home use when you just want to get rid of disposable batteries and not overpay. Considering my usage scenario, the 1,000 charge-discharge cycles claimed by the manufacturer should last a long time, as long as the batteries themselves don't short out, as my Enerloop PROs did at one point.
Overall, perfectly normal rechargeable batteries, nothing special, they just work.
