From the press release:

The Epson EMP-TWD10 projector is a video center that combines a high-quality projector based on Epson 3LCD technology, a DVD player, and excellent acoustics. It is designed for watching movies, photos, sports broadcasts, and computer games on a large screen in a room of any size.

The EMP-TWD10's installation flexibility is ensured by the fact that the top part of the projector housing can rotate 180°, while the bottom part, which includes a DVD player and powerful speakers, will be optimally aimed in any installation: on a coffee table, on a nightstand or on a shelf.

And optical zoom and horizontal and vertical lens shift without the slightest image distortion will further expand the possibilities of positioning the EMP-TWD10 projector relative to the screen - it does not necessarily have to be in the center. At the same time, an image of 60 inches can be obtained from less than 1.5 meters from the screen, which means that home theater, watching football or the ability to play on a huge screen can be organized even in a small room. Four built-in stereo speakers provide high-quality sound, ideally complementing the HD Ready picture of this projector.

In addition to a large number of supported file formats, the EMP-TWD10 supports DivX and DivX Ultra formats, and along with Mp3 files, these files can be played from USB drives such as flash players or USB memory. And for connecting external devices, in addition to VGA, S-Video and Composite connectors, the EMP-TWD10 has a modern digital HDMI input.

And finally, the EMP-TWD10 comes with a modern external TV tuner AverMedia AverTV Box 7 Live, so you don’t have to think about how to connect an antenna to your projector – connect it to the TV tuner and enjoy over-the-air TV on the big screen.

Good to know:

HDMI
HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) is a fully digital audio/video interface that combines video and audio signals into a single digital interface for communication between different digital video and audio devices. The advantage of the HDMI interface is the transmission of an uncompressed digital video signal, with a throughput of up to 5 Gbytes per second.
