A powerful, but at the same time relatively compact, universal interactive uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with the correct sine wave output, LED display, USB control interface and support for the cold start procedure for starting equipment in the absence of mains voltage. The manufacturer is positioning it as a mid-price product designed to create temporary backup power for household and industrial equipment.

The design of this device includes 3 lead-acid batteries with a voltage of 12 V and a total capacity of 27 Ah (3x7 Ah). The rated power of the EnerGenie EG-UPS-PS1000-01 uninterruptible power supply is 1600 W (maximum 2000 W) and it can power an 800 W load for 5 minutes. Consumers are connected to a single EU Type F socket and three C13/C14 ports, also known as a “computer” socket.

The shape of the output voltage in the form of a pure sine wave allows this source to be used to power almost any modern equipment. Such a UPS is capable of powering telecommunications equipment, a small server or workstation.
