Small electric tile cutter

The Elitech PE-450 tile cutter can hardly even be called a machine. It looks like a suitcase, and it is carried in exactly the same way, because it has a special handle on the side of the body for this. During transportation, the disc and the protective cover are removed, so it is almost impossible to injure or damage the device during transportation. Advantages and disadvantages of compactness

But, since the machine is small, its working platform is also modest in size (310x360 mm plus a small side platform), and it is inconvenient to work with large-format tiles (especially since the 450 W motor and 115 mm discs are not very conducive to working with materials with a thickness of more than 10 mm). But there are no problems with cutting ordinary facing tiles. It can be cut lengthwise, diagonally, and at an angle (the right half of the table tilts 22.5° or 45°). In the shortcomings of the tile cutter, you can also write down the material of the desktop. It is made of plastic, and over time it wears out a little bit from contact with the tile.

A low-cost option

Elitech power tools, including the Elitech PE-450 machine, are not designed for professional use. The equipment of this brand is intended for those who work in a home workshop or make repairs with their own hands. However, the shortcomings and limited capabilities of hobby-class tile cutters are more than compensated for by their low price.
