Among the built-in range hoods with a sliding panel, this model from Elica stands out for its remarkable balance of power and performance: while consuming only 121 watts, the motor provides up to 650 m³/h of air suction, indicating a high energy efficiency design. In comparison, many competitors use twice as much energy with similar or even lower performance figures. The white body has a height of just 18 cm, a width of 50 cm, and a depth of 28 cm, so the device easily fits into a standard wall cabinet above the cooktop. It's important to note that the Elica Elite 14 LUX WH/A/50 kitchen hood is designed solely for extraction mode—there's no option to install a carbon filter for recirculation, thus requiring connection to a ventilation duct. For adjusting intensity, the...re are three speed levels that can be switched using the buttons on the panel. The noise level ranges from 53 to 62 dB—the upper limit comparable to a quiet conversation, which is quite comfortable for household use. The work area is lit by two LED lamps with a total power of 6 watts, providing adequate visibility while cooking without excess energy consumption.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Elica Elite 14 LUX GRIX/A/50 is a built-in cooker hood with a sleek design featuring a sliding panel, making it ideal for small kitchens. Its compact size and attractive appearance are complemented by easy installation, allowing users to set it up without professional help. The hood effectively removes steam and odors with its three operational modes, providing sufficient efficiency for everyday needs. While the first two modes operate quietly, the third mode is noticeably louder, even causing slight vibrations. The two halogen lamps provide adequate lighting for cooking without being harsh on the eyes. The control buttons are conveniently placed and easy to use. Despite the noise at higher speeds, the overall quality and efficiency of the hood make it a satisfactory purchase.

Cons

good model, I liked it.

So far there have been no reasons to regret the purchase - the quality and efficiency deserve it.
The model was ideal in size and appearance, so I did not even consider other options. In principle, such a design with a sliding panel is what you need in a small kitchen. It is convenient to use and looks attractive, and at the same time it does not take up much space. Installation was simple and quick, no difficulties, you can easily handle it yourself. Regarding the operation of the hood itself - everything is on the level. Removes steam and odors effectively. There are three modes of operation, when switching which only changes the speed of rotation of the engine. On the first two, the noise is not special, and the efficiency is sufficient for everyday needs. The third is already humming normally. Two halogen lamps of not very high power are built into the hood. Their light is enough for comfortable cooking, but at the same time they do not hurt the eyes, as they are correctly directed. The control buttons are easy to press, and most importantly - located in a convenient place.
At the highest speeds there is a loud sound, up to a slight vibration. I must say right away that the installation is correct and of high quality (I did it myself, as for myself), so the problem is in the hood itself.
