In addition, the model received a telescopic retractable air duct - if you open the ventilation duct, the air intake area noticeably increases. Such a solution allows a fairly compact model to cope with the intake of fumes from all burners of the heating plate with maximum efficiency.

The Electrolux LFP 316 S cooker hood can draw steam with a capacity of up to 370 m³/h. The turbine does a good job of removing moisture-saturated steam from the cooking zone, which contains a large amount of aromatic volatile compounds and fat. The technique allows you to filter fat even at the entrance to the ventilation duct. The mesh grease trap is responsible for this, which is also designed for reusable use - the metal mesh is easy to clean and dries quickly. The hood can also clean the kitchen air in recirculation mode, but for this the air duct must be additionally equipped with an activated carbon filter. Such a filter element well removes foreign odors from the air.
