I was satisfied with the Dreame H11 Core vacuum cleaner until I encountered a breakdown and the official service (HOB SERVICE, Kyiv). Problem: The metal water supply valve broke. The malfunction happened during the normal installation of the container. Service: Despite the part being metal, the service center immediately voided the warranty, claiming "mechanical damage" from the plastic. The argument is simple: it's your own fault for inserting the tank. They conclude "by eye" without any metal defect or material fatigue testing. Result: Instead of warranty repair, they demand 25 EUR for diagnostics and paid repair. The official representative of HOB Service in correspondence responds with templates and does not attempt to understand the situation. Conclusion: If you are ready for any breakdown of a metal part in the "warranty" vacuum cleaner to become your financial burden — buy it. If you want real brand support — look at other brands.
