I made the mistake of buying this tin can instead of a phone. Even adjustments in the engineering settings didn't help. It's impossible to hear the person on the other end. The screen constantly shows "launcher app not responding," you press "ok" and it pops up again automatically. You can't go anywhere, the screen is black, constantly crashing.
