How to choose a charging stationEverything you need to know about power, capacity and type of battery, as well as other criteria for choosing charging stations

Li-Ion or LiFePO4: What’s best for charging station and UPS?Understand the strengths and weaknesses of lithium batteries used in charging stations and UPS
Not a bad model, well assembled, there are flaws but not criticism. Slightly overestimates the consumption of appliances, but works properly. Good quality battery. 2000 peak power. Works on multiple devices at once. Price compared to competitors. Long charge. 7+ hours (180 watts through the native unit, although it should be 230 (and this is not enough compared to ecoflor 800)). The body is crunchy. Simple display, no charging time. |
I'll supplement my previous review. As a UPS, the station does not work, you can just use the sockets while charging, but if you use it this way, it simultaneously discharges and charges the battery. That is, there is no current passthrough like in a UPS!! The maximum peak power is probably still 2000W. I connected a hairdryer with a power of 2200W. At maximum power and the 2000 mark, the station goes into protection mode. But it works fine at medium power. Previously, I wrote that the build quality is fine, but it could be better; the body creaks))) but that's something minor... not a big issue considering it was bought at almost the lowest price. The main thing is it performs its function! High efficiency of the inverter. With a variable 220v, we take close to 1050-1100w of the actual battery capacity (converted when a 1.5kw boiler is connected) Charges for a long time (about 7 hours) and is noisy during charging. The body creaks. |
The impressions are just great. First of all, in the specifications and many reviews on the internet, it is stated that it cannot charge and power devices simultaneously through the socket. This was true for old models. Now, in newer ones, this possibility is verified 100%. However, I don't know how to distinguish the new model from the old one. During charging, the sockets turn on and work, so it can be used as a UPS. However, during charging, the fans make noticeable noise. The station really meets the stated specifications, as I connected a microwave oven of 1.2kW - it works without problems. The Philips coffee machine, at 1.9kW, works but signals high load when heating water. However, coffee is brewed quickly, and the station does not overload. Of course, there are no problems connecting lights in the apartment. If you use a plug-in connection, be very careful and turn off the circuit breaker. And if it is outside the apartment, it's better not to do so at all, as neighbors might turn on the power for you, causing a backflow, and the station could burn out. The casing is well built, the colored part is metal. The black part - handles and the bottom - is plastic. Fans on both sides of the station drive air through and keep the temperature stable. The capacity is, of course, less than stated, as it is with any station. About 1050-1100W is available in reality. For each type of connection - sockets, USB ports, car lighter - there is a separate button to turn on, so if you don't need the sockets, you can turn them off and save charge. I bought it at Exe store, and there is an official warranty for 12 months. Instruction in Ukrainian, 12-month warranty. Power and capacity for this price have no competitors! LiFePO4 Battery - 3000 cycles. Assembly. Devices can be charged and connected simultaneously (works only on new models!!!!!) All necessary certificates are available. No phone app. Long charging time of 6-7 hours. However, for its price, there's nothing better, and the drawbacks aren't that serious. |
