extremely controversial device.
27 November 2021
Controversial purchase. There is both good and bad. Absolutely not worth the money. Because there are products much cheaper but with no less beautiful sound..
Really good sound... Even cheap headphones take on a new life on this device.
1) Extremely cheap cables included!!! For example, linear and optical cables can be thrown away right away because they are simply crap... The optical cable, in particular, is non-functional as you can't insert it into any device... they fall out!! Even the execution is so poor that even the Chinese would be shocked by its quality.
2) Occasionally (not always) if you suddenly increase the volume (for example by 25-50 percent) using the volume control, the device simply outputs the volume to the maximum!!! The auditory shock is simply epic.
2) When connecting two signal sources (for example, USB and line input), the device’s preamplifiers self-oscillate, resulting in extraneous noise at the device's output... and quite strong noise at that.
3) If you bring your finger slightly above the GAME-VOICE control... the amplifiers also enter a self-oscillation mode, which also results in noise. (Apparently, putting a shield on the input stage is against their religion).
4) The software works more or less stably, but you will have to download most of the extras because they are from third-party manufacturers. This is quite annoying since half of them are not free at all, and the software suite starts becoming unstable.
A cool and versatile tool for better sound and easy control.

The Creative Sound Blaster GC7 pleasantly surprised me. The sound is clear and immersive, the effects work appropriately, and the knobs and buttons are a real find for gaming and streaming. It's a very convenient item if you want to quickly switch profiles, adjust the volume, or make fine adjustments on the fly. However, it's important to note: the included cables are weak and definitely need replacing for the device to fully unleash its potential without artifacts or noise.
luxurious, detailed sound;

convenient controls: separate wheels, buttons, quick presets;

perfect for gaming, streaming, and voice work;

works stably with both PC and consoles;

pleasant build quality of the body.
the included cables are weak, I would recommend immediately replacing them with higher quality USB/Jack cables to avoid noise and to get the most out of the device.
