The model is good, there are many useful functions, and there are no serious shortcomings. We installed such a model between the central windows of the office. Looks great, the design is simple and stylish. Easy to control, there is a remote control, all icons, temperature, etc. are clearly visible, even from the other end of the room, that is, the controls are well thought out. There is heating and cooling, ventilation is also provided. We don’t use it, or rather we use it in rare cases, because in such modes it starts to work noisier and interferes when it comes to working hours. After a couple of months of use, and it broke down in the middle of summer, there was a strong unpleasant smell, they fixed it quickly, but until the repairmen arrived, we had heat for half a day. so far in a year of use this has happened once. Although the manufacturer is Chinese, it is somewhat decent quality, since almost everything we have now is from China... I think it won't let us down and we'll be satisfied with its performance. By the way, at first, I was looking at air conditioners that use R410 refrigerant, but after talking with the installer, I changed my mind. First, it's a more complex gas consisting of several components, and if one decreases, the composition is compromised, and consequently, the air conditioner doesn't work as well. Also, refilling and servicing with this refrigerant is twice as expensive. The only advantage is environmental protection. A really good air conditioner. What I liked: it's genuinely quiet, I've never heard any plastic cracking, it cools down an 18 sq. m. room pretty quickly – sunny side, large window, within 10 minutes it's already comfortable. The outdoor and indoor units are small in size. By the way, the main plus - a Daikin compressor! Switchable backlight on the indoor unit (doesn't disturb at night). Excellent device, the price-quality combination is appealing. No unnecessary features to overpay for. Why pay twice as much just because there’s ionization? I’m not even sure if that's something real. Installed this model at the beginning of summer. I'm satisfied with its performance and can say I have no regrets about the purchase. The price is quite reasonable, and it handles its functions well. Mostly came in handy during the summer heat; when it got cooler, it wasn't as necessary, though we use it actively for ventilation. It operates almost silently. There is a night mode, but even in the regular mode, there are no unnecessary sounds; it's barely audible even at maximum power. I was concerned it would "consume" energy, but surprisingly, it uses very little. It's easy to control, there's a remote, and installation was without any problems.
