we bought it over a year ago, it cools well, and the price for such functionality is good, my wife really liked the design. BUT! The indoor unit was very noisy from the very beginning, and the air direction louvers creaked a lot. We contacted the service center - they said that the installers messed up and we should reach out to them, and that the creaking of the louvers is normal and will quickly go away. We called the installers - they checked everything, inspected it - and said it wasn't their mistake, but standard operation of the air conditioner. I contacted the service center again - they didn't want to hear anything - started talking about the installers again and how you shouldn't skimp on installation, even though I paid a lot for the installation. Well, I thought, things happen, a friend advised me to contact his acquaintance, an installer with 8 years of experience. He re-checked everything, came and said that the installation was perfect, but to the service center, this is not an argument, they know better... The air conditioner in the store is like candy, but this impression is deceiving; after purchase and installation, the shortcomings described above began to emerge. In general, I’m not happy with this purchase; I could have bought something more decent and perhaps more expensive. price, cooling speed, timer poor build quality of both the external and internal units - before installation you need to twist, tighten, fix some parts, the very noisy indoor unit just drives me crazy all the time, no matter what I did, I had to put up with it, 20 minutes of noise and then Maintaining the temperature, it hums tolerably in principle. self-cleaning doesn’t work, I still do it manually - it’s just a marketing ploy, nothing more. An excellent Conder has not let us down even once in 1 year, the model is new but with the same 410 refrigerant, which has already been tested for several years of use, so everything is clear and cool. there are options to choose from, just a carriage, but even the craftsmen who installed it said that it is the most popular model in terms of price and quality, so it’s not in vain that everyone says... i grabbed one of these in my 1-room apartment, the square footage of the entire apartment is 36 square meters, I shaved 9 exclusively for the room, but it turned out that this power is enough even for the kitchen and the corridor when you open the doors, the power is more than enough, with the sunny side and the doors open and With windows in 3-4 minutes you will have 17 degrees, it gains a comfortable temperature just insanely quickly. As for the installation, everything is normal, by the way, even though it was Chinese, it was filled with freon, a very important point, and the kit included 2 more plugs to which the external unit attaches, for many it comes as an additional service that costs about 250 UAH, mounted, installed, everything connected quickly and voila everything is plowed. As for the filters, there is a regular mesh that is installed under the indoor unit, first remove the internal cover and then take out the mesh, rinse it off and it’s all gone, but don’t do this often as it doesn’t get clogged quickly. in terms of the functions on the remote control, everything is just rectangular and beautiful, 4 types of functions, air conditioning, air flow from outside, heating and another 4th one I don’t remember what it’s called correctly, everything is quick and convenient and so on... heating is also a very cool thing especially in autumn when it’s already cool and the heating in the apartment hasn’t been turned on yet, it’s simply gorgeous but can only be used at temperatures down to -7. crappy night mode, what is there and what is not, it just buzzes the same way, the heating mode only works down to -7, it is not recommended to do this further, when I took it I didn’t pay attention to it, but here’s the feature of Conders with heating at temperatures up to -25 that differ from this the fact that the oil in the system is completely different and does not freeze, this oil is warmed up at the start by specially installed heaters, the tube through which the water flows also warms up. Under the air conditioner itself there is also a heating element that warms up the entire system before starting. These are the nuances, I recommend taking it with heating, this function is called an inventory, but they are an order of magnitude higher in price, and if you take something other than Chinese, they generally cost like mother, don’t worry. |
