Purification and ionization

The Japanese brand positions its robot as a hybrid vacuum cleaner, as it provides a removable module responsible for air purification, odour removal and ionization. This system complements 3-level filtration with HEPA-14 and is designed not only to remove dust, but also to create the most comfortable indoor climate.

The removable module is fixed to the vacuum cleaner with magnets. All indicators and control buttons are duplicated on top of it. It can work regardless of the base, but note that such a tandem almost doubles the overall height of the device, while the vacuum cleaner itself without a removable module is quite thin (69 mm).

Turbo brush and UV lamp

One of the features of the Clever Panda iPlus S5 is the Push&Brush turbo brush. The rotating roller is well protected from tangles, helps to remove various contaminants, including wool and hair, not only from hard surfaces, but also from carpets. Their cleaning is also facilitated by the fact that the robot is “not afraid” of thresholds up to 2.5 cm high. By the way, a UV lamp is also provided on the base, which performs the function of disinfecting floors.

In addition to dry cleaning, the robot also performs wet cleaning: it is equipped with two-layer wipes 28 cm wide and a 280 mL water tank, which is responsible for uniform wetting of microfibre and wet wiping without streaks.

Large dust collector

The iPlus S5 has a large robot-like dust container that can hold up to 600 mL of debris. This feature, in tandem with a battery that lasts 120 minutes without recharging and charges in just 2.5 hours (which is faster than most analogues), allows you to effectively use the model on an area of up to 180 square metres.

In addition to the remote control and the charging station, the delivery set includes a virtual wall beacon, which makes it possible to limit the cleaning area if necessary.

Smart and quiet assistant

You can also control the operation of the device from your mobile. This option is suitable for remote control, as well as in a situation where you need to set up scheduled cleaning (delayed start from the remote control is not available). The model supports different types of movements, recognizes obstacles, height differences, heavily polluted areas. An additional advantage of the vacuum cleaner is its low noise level: less than 55 dB.

Clever Pandai Plus S5 is probably the most functional thin robot along with Clever Panda i5, which has the makings of security functions instead of cleaning and ionization.
