This blender is simply terrible. The attachments all just fall apart in your hands. The plastic coupling simply disappeared, crumbling into so many small pieces. No technical support. I contacted all service centers in Ukraine, official Clatronic dealers, and only saw how people simply shrug their hands with a grin. They only talk about this technique well in the store. In reality, this is the worst and most expensive technology. If you are ready to throw your money away, then buy it, but I will not contact this company again. I've been using it for a couple of years. The whisk broke quickly. From the start, there was only one speed. The switch would move, but the speed wouldn't change. I asked for a replacement. The second one had the same issue. Although I didn’t use the graters much, the coupling wore out fast. Spare parts are nowhere to be found. Easy to grate with different graters. Fast availability of spare parts and their absence in stores and workshops. use Clatronic SMS 3455 more than year |
