For summer walks

The pushchair of the well-known Italian manufacturer Chicco is inexpensive and suitable for children under the age of 3 years and weighing up to 15 kg. Since the backrest is adjustable in four positions up to horizontal, the model is also recommended for the smallest users up to 6 months, but for newborns it is still better to use a pushchair with a cradle, with a more rigid frame and a soft mattress. Basically, such a vehicle is suitable for summer walks, since the upholstery is not too dense to protect from snow, rain and cold, the seat is not wide enough for a baby in winter clothes, and the hood will not protect from bad weather. Perhaps it is the hood that causes the most complaints: it is small and does not completely cover the pushchair even in a sitting position, not to mention lying down. As a result, in rainy weather, you definitely won’t leave the house, and the hood will not become an obstacle for bright sunlight.

But stability and good manoeuvrability are provided immediately by 8 wheels — a pair on each side. They are made of plastic, the manufacturer saved on the material. Their diameter is small, so it is not very convenient to overcome high obstacles. According to the classics, the rear wheels have brakes, the front wheels are swivel with a straight lock, which is useful when traveling on grass and gravel.

Compact cane

The pushchair easily folds and weighs 7.2 kg, it is not so difficult to lift it up the stairs, especially if it falls on men's shoulders. The chassis width is small — 47 cm, so you can easily pass through the doorway and the elevator car. But, as noted above, this affected the width and spaciousness of the seat. The kit includes a rain cover and a shopping compartment that mounts high enough to keep the ground, rocks and curbs off the ground while riding. But the upholstery, unfortunately non-removable, cannot be washed in a washing machine — only cleaned by hand.
